My mother and father had a lot to do with my hobby turning into this memory bear business. When my father passed away in 2004, my mother gave each of her 10 children a hand made teddy bear using his clothing. The teddy bear I received from her was made from my fathers Vikings Football sweatshirt. I was so touched by my mother's heartfelt gift that I wanted to share my time, and talent of sewing, to bring cherished memories to others who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
Since 2004 I have handcrafted and given hundreds of beautiful memory bears to many friends and family members. Through their encouragement and support, I began this exciting business venture. As of 2024 I have bears located in 49 U.S. States, and 3 countries!
